Guard Your Heart

" Above all else, guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it." - Proverbs 4:23

Your heart is sacred ground. It's the wellspring of your thoughts, words, and actions. That's why scripture urges us to guard it, not with walls of fear, but with gates of wisdom. What we allow in, through media, relationships, and self-talk, shapes what flows out. Guarding your heart means being intentional about what you consume and who you trust. It's not about isolation, it's about cultivation.

Prayer: Father, help me to guard my heart with grace and wisdom. Show me what to let in and what to release. Protect me from bitterness, distraction, and deception. Fill my heart with your truth so that everything I do reflects your love. - Amen
